Daniel Bellerive

Member / Owner

Daniel’s practice focuses on business, education, and general civil litigation. Daniel served in the Air National Guard in roles ranging from vehicle maintenance and human resources to community relations before he began his legal career as a receptionist at Sedor Wendlandt Evans & Filippi. Despite the firm’s best efforts, he broke from their traditions by attending law school at the Ohio State University. After trial court clerkships in both Ohio and Alaska and work in a local litigation firm, Daniel returned to the firm that sold him on the profession.

Outside of the office, Daniel serves in the Alaska Air National Guard in the 176th Wing’s Public Affairs Office, and volunteers his time to support his community and collegiate members of his fraternity. Daniel and his wife have three lovely kids who, Daniel assures, aspire to someday practice law.

As a lifelong Alaskan and an avid outdoorsman, coming home to Alaska to practice was a natural fit. Daniel can often be found hiking (or snowshoeing) on any of the countless mountains around Anchorage–and if not, he’s just as likely to be competing in shooting match at a local range.
