John M. Sedor

John’s practice focuses on Education Law and Labor & Employment Law. He represents public and private entities in numerous employment matters including wrongful discharge, discrimination claims, wage & hour and breach of contract claims. John also has significant experience in labor law representing clients in labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice proceedings. He represents public and private organizations in collective bargaining, including both traditional and interest based approaches to bargaining.

John represents school districts and educational entities throughout the State in every facet of their operations including student claims and proceedings, constitutional claims, construction matters and contract negotiations and disputes. He regularly presents on legal topics to groups both large and small. John’s practice has spanned 30 years and he continues to bring a unique brand of enthusiasm with a constant aim of using the law and a measure of common sense to help clients achieve their goals.
